Terms of Service

The terms that govern work performed by Leveric Contracting.

Estimates

Written estimates describe the scope of work, materials, and timeline. An estimate is not a binding contract until both parties sign an agreement. Any change to the scope may affect the price and timeline, and will be communicated before the work proceeds.

Scheduling

Project dates are scheduled based on availability and are subject to change due to weather, material availability, or circumstances outside our control. We communicate any schedule changes as early as possible.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in the signed agreement. Any deposit, progress payments, and final payment will be clearly itemized before work begins.

Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms for each project are included in the signed agreement. Warranty does not cover damage from normal wear, misuse, or conditions outside our control.
